Today in Year 5 we decided to make the most of the beautiful weather and take our RE lesson outside.

We have been thinking about how Christians value the uniqueness of every individual and how we are all important members of our class, school and Church communities.

We passed around one sheet of paper for each person in the class and on it we wrote down all the qualities and talents we value about that person. At the end, everyone in the class was so excited to read all the lovely things their classmates had to say about them.

Sofia and Idohosa wrote that this activity made them feel a real sense of belonging and showed them just how valued and they are. They were both surprised to see just how many of their qualities others noticed, and some that they had not really recognised in themselves until now!
