Some children in Year 1 enjoyed a very intense (and funny!) game this afternoon. They took turns and shared out the monkeys to balance on the tree. Lovely playing, Year 1s!

We had some really great outfits in Year 1 on World Book Day! It was great to see everyone dressed up.

Another Friday, another computing lesson! Today we were learning about technologies outside of the classroom, and putting our knowledge into a poster on Purple Mash.

Year 1 went to the Dukes on Tuesday to see a performance of Robin Hood. It was very exciting!

Year 1 really enjoyed their yoga session today. We all felt very relaxed afterwards.

Year 1 had a great time at Judges Lodgings. We visited an old cottage and then were taught in a traditional classroom. The teacher was very strict and scary!

Year 1 loved it when Stuart Robinson came in last week. He had us working out very hard! It was tiring but great fun.

In Year 1, we have been learning about parts of the body. Next week we will be finding out about our senses!
