Today, we were delighted to welcome local Green Councillor, Jack Lenox, into school to talk to children in Years 4 and 5 about COP26 which is a Climate Change Conference for world leaders and representatives and this year it takes place in Glasgow. Councillor Jack explained that this is a great opportunity for our world leaders to make decisions that will help to reduce global emissions and reduce global warming. He invited our children to write letters to the world leaders to urge them to take action to protect our planet and all who live here. Councillor Jack is going to cycle to the COP26 gathering in Glasgow and hand deliver our letters in time for the start of the conference.
