Year 6 Ornament making
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
Year 6 have been hard at work like Santa's elves making Christmas ornaments to put on their trees!

Tree Decorations at Christchurch
Some of Year 6 popped up to Christchurch to decorate a tree as part of their Christmas Tree Festival - they took with them messages of peace from each year to share peace and joy from our school throughout the world.
Chocolate! Chocolate!
To give Year 6 a treat after their Bushtucker Trials, we all enjoyed testing, comparing, designing and making our own chocolate bars!
As you can see, everybody was very busy making their perfect treats!
Year 6 Bushtucker Challenge!
Year 6 tested their Survival Skills on Wednesday - taking a brilliant Bushtucker Trial - with snails, crickets, brussels sprouts and cockles all to taste, it went down a real treat!

Year 6 have been working hard all week learning the roles of the various different organs in the human body!
Do you know what your large intestines do? What connects to your liver? Where your heart joins your blood vessels? Well Year 6 do!

Proud day in Year 6 today as we received our Bikeability certificates after passing our Level 1 and Level 2 course.

Year 6 Remembrance Service 32023
Mrs Holt and Year 6 represented our school at Miss Whalley's Field on Friday for a Remembrance Day Service. They read beautifully, laid a home-made poppy wreath and observed a 2 minute silence.
