Happy Diwali!

This week, we have been learning all about the Hindi festival, Diwali! We learnt that it is also known as the festival of light. Hindu's use Diya lamps to help celebrate. We had a go at making our own Diya lamps using clay and we painted them in bright colours! We have also been making lots of rangoli patterns in sand, playdough and paint. We ended the week by making cardamom biscuits and listening to music to celebrate Diwali!
