Our classroom smelt amazing today, as we were baking bread. We learnt how to mix, kneed, prove, shape and bake bread dough. As well as being our DT topic for the half term, it also links to our science on reversible and irreversible change. Mrs Lowe said that our finished rolls looked good enough to sell in a bakers shop.
