Well done to our Year 4 children who dressed up as Anglo-Saxons today - what amazing costumes! Thank you to parents for your support and help in this. We had a wonderful afternoon in our Anglo-Saxon workshop. Meredith (an Anglo-Saxon) came into school and told us stories from Anglo-Saxon times and we had the opportunity to study some artefacts, learn about Anglo-Saxon houses and find out about how the Anglo-Saxons defended themselves. It was great to see everyone interacting and learning together. Well done, Year 4!
